As a Vice Chair and Principal in the Colliers Columbus, Ohio office, Ben is the founder of Buckeye Industrial Group. With over 15 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience and a previous career in commercial real estate finance, Ben specializes in advising clients in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, site selection, and development of industrial real estate. He has successfully managed numerous assignments, negotiating the sale and lease of millions of square feet of Industrial space and land. He also serves as a trusted consultant for clients across all stages of commercial real estate transactions. He has served in leadership positions in local and national industrial real estate organizations throughout his tenure.

When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons in Upper Arlington. He takes pleasure in traveling, cooking, wine, exercise, sports, boating, scuba diving, snow skiing, camping, hunting, fishing, tailgating, home improvement projects, and any shared activity with friends and family.
Zach Rines
First Vice President
Zach is a member of the Buckeye Industrial Group in the Colliers Columbus, OH office. With more than a decade and a half of experience and a specialization in assisting companies with the leasing, acquisition, disposition, site selection, and development of their industrial real estate, the team hangs their hat on operating with integrity and is committed to going the extra mile for their clients.

Zach is committed to fostering lasting relationships with his clients. He actively supports his clients in achieving their short and long-term real estate goals and supply chain initiatives – ensuring responsiveness, providing unique insights for informed decision-making, and offering a high level of attention to detail.

Outside of work, he loves to be around his big, Italian family, hang out with friends, watch or play sports, travel, and exercise. He also enjoys non-fiction reading, watching movies/documentaries, playing board games, camping, and cooking in his free time.
Elizabeth Wesley
Client Services Coordinator
Elizabeth began her career as a professional classical singer before transitioning into residential real estate, where she gained experience both as a sales agent and as a marketing and operations professional. Building on this foundation, she now serves as a key member of the Buckeye Industrial Group, led by Ben Johnson and Zach Rines, providing strategic guidance, comprehensive marketing and transaction support.
In this role, Elizabeth develops, implements and manages business processes while tracking critical client and transaction data to ensure accuracy and efficiency. She also oversees the design and execution of marketing initiatives, including sales and leasing materials, digital campaigns and external communication strategies. In addition, she manages the optimization of operational systems, enabling the team to deliver seamless service and measurable results for clients.

Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, baking, and reading. She also enjoys playing with her standard poodle, Duncan, along with cheering for the Chicago Blackhawks and her alma mater, Arizona State University. #ForksUp
